We should be focusing so much more on what we look like from the inside out BECAUSE no matter how amazingly beautiful you look physically right now and even many years later eventually no matter what it will not last forever. No matter how much you take great care of yourself, your physical self; your body will change. Such is life BUT what you cultivate and work on SPIRITUALLY with your mind and your heart THAT will last forever, it will transcend time, it will not fade away and it WILL KEEP YOU AGELESS.
Fun, confident, young spirited, fearless, happy, fulfilled, energetic, loved, this is all parts of ourself that we want as we grow older. You have met people like that! They make you smile and make you wish that you too will end up being that way. What's the Secret sauce? Through a mindful practice with yourself that you've worked and cultivated throughout your life THIS will keep you protected and nourished so that you will continue to feel Beautiful and loved. Beauty truly shines from the inside out.
Staying focused only on the outside will only keep the wrapping paper nice and pretty but the gift inside the package will remain dull and uneventful. Be the life. Shine your Light! So much more fun!
This story was inspired by this beautiful Rose that caught my eye as I was walking to my car one morning. I had never really seen such a rose with such a cool striped pattern. I had to take a picture of her beauty and uniqueness. The next morning, same walk to my car, she was completely wilted with all of her petals on the ground with nothing more than her center piece left. Within a day her beauty was gone, everything had changed.. Physical beauty is truly fleeting... Inner beauty is everlasting. Create a lifestyle that connects you to something bigger than just the reflection you see in the mirror. Connect with people who inspire you to be better. Surround yourself with elements that inspire you to live that life. We love going everywhere with our Grande "Rum Punch Life" travel throws. A big reminder to stay focused on whats really important in life and don't sweat the small stuff.
